American Psycho: The Musical
So apparently, one of my favourite book into movies, American Psycho, is being made into a musical. Here’s some of my ideas for musical numbers:
Act I:
1. Women (and Jews)
2. There is no Patrick Bateman
3. You’re a fucking ugly bitch (I wanna stab you to death and then play around in your blood)
4. Pumpkin, you’re dating an asshole
5. Business Cards
6. Get a job Al
7. Hey Paul! (You fucking stupid bastard)
Act II
1. Detective Kimball
2. Not really blonde are you? (More of a dirty blonde)
3. I have to return some videotapes
4. Murders and executions (mergers and acquisitions)
5. Jean (Dorsia)
6. Christie (my cousin)
7. I have to return some video tapes (reprise)
8. I’m a pretty sick guy
9. There is no Patrick Bateman (reprise)
